RETURNS 

We hope you love your products, but if you would like to return your order please contact us at hello@babybellsuk.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

The products you return must be in perfect condition - unused and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns - you will be responsible for paying the postage to return your item(s). We recommend using a tracked service and obtaining proof of posting.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the items. We will get in touch when your refund has been processed.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order please notify us as soon as possible. We cannot cancel an order if your order has already been dispatched.
